Another nation-wide business venture recently out of the gate is "Women in a Home Office."
The network supporting women engaged in building home-based businesses started out in the Beaches, an east-end Toronto neighbourhood three years ago as a chapter of 25 members that grew to more than 240 women.

The Wheatland Business Women’s (WBW) network had dynamic energy on Oct. 5, with 14 women attending to hear a presentation by Anne Stone, President of Women in a Home Office. The group meets the first Tuesday of every month to discuss business opportunities, develop ideas and give support to women entrepreneurs in the Strathmore area.
